Strength
Strength is a class geared towards full body resistance training with a small mix of cardio. Each Strength and Circuit class is capped at 6 participants to ensure you get the proper amount of professional guidance as you workout.
In Strength you can expect exercises that target large muscle groups, while providing members a fun variety of challenges. Every time you come to strength and circuit, you can expect a new challenge! This class is designed to get you results in a safe and effective manner.
Step Cardio
Step Cardio will have you sweating and laughing at the same time! This class will also invigorate you with a major energy blast! Expect to burn a lot of calories all while pushing yourself to be the best you can be!
